Luke Dunlea and Luke Burns first crossed paths back in 2016, when Luke D employed Luke B’s older sister at a Nantwich restaurant – the kind of chance connection that turns into something bigger.

Over the years that followed, a shared obsession with hospitality grew into a genuine friendship, and somewhere
along the way, into a shared dream: a place of their own.

Between them they bring operations, branding, and guest experience know-how, plus years spent visiting the venues
they loved around the country and quietly taking notes.

SOLT is what happens when you put all of that together – not a tribute act to somewhere else, but a place built around how people actually want to eat, drink, and spend time together.
